Based on the consultation, we develop a preliminary project scope and provide a detailed quote. This includes a transparent breakdown of costs—covering labor, materials, and all relevant elements—so you can make an informed decision about moving forward.

Once the quote is approved, we prepare a comprehensive remodeling contract that outlines the scope of work, project timeline, payment schedule, terms, and warranties. After the contract is signed and deposit is received, we move into planning and design.

With the project secured, our team begins developing your detailed floor plans, drawings, and visual concepts. You'll work closely with us to finalize layouts, materials, and finishes that reflect your style and functional needs, all while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

We handle all necessary permit applications. Permit processing times can vary, so we initiate this step early to keep your timeline on track. Meanwhile, we finalize construction logistics and prepare for a seamless build.

With permits approved, construction begins. Your dedicated Project Manager oversees the process and holds weekly on-site meetings to keep you updated. You'll meet our core team of skilled tradespeople, who work respectfully and professionally in your space every day.​​​

As we near completion, we walk you through the finished space, confirm all final touches, and hand over product information, warranties, and care instructions. We leave your home clean and ready to enjoy.
