Step 1 — Initial Consultation
During our initial consultation, we discuss your renovation goals, priorities, budget, and timeline while evaluating the space and understanding the scope of work.
For condo and high-rise projects, we also identify building requirements and logistical considerations that may influence the planning and construction process.

Step 2 — Project Estimate & Proposal
Following the initial consultation, we prepare a detailed estimate based on the proposed scope of work, project requirements, and anticipated costs.
We review the proposal with you, answer any questions, and discuss possible adjustments to ensure the project aligns with your goals and budget.
Once you're comfortable with the proposal and ready to move forward, we proceed with the planning and preparation phase.

Step 3 — Planning & Pre-Construction
Once the proposal is approved, we begin preparing for construction. This includes finalizing the scope of work, coordinating material selections, establishing the project schedule, and organizing the necessary resources.
Depending on the project, we also coordinate permits, building approvals, and other requirements to ensure everything is in place before work begins.

Step 4 — Construction & Project Management
With planning complete, construction begins. We oversee the work, coordinate trades and material deliveries, and manage the project schedule to keep everything moving efficiently.
Throughout construction, we monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and keep you informed of important updates and decisions.

Step 5 — Final Walkthrough & Project Completion
As construction comes to an end, we conduct a final walkthrough to review the completed work, identify any remaining details, and ensure everything meets the agreed-upon scope.
We address any outstanding items and make sure your newly remodeled space is ready for you to enjoy.
